Delivery stats

Hi,

We have had a query from one of our clients about stats and we think it has some substance.

If you look at the reporting data below, Delivered shows 100% but this is not true as there were bounces Delivered should be Recipients - Bounces.


I am unsure if someone has ever queried this but it does look weird always to have a 100% delivery rate?

Delivered should be Recipients - Bounces.

This column is designed to see how many emails has been sent from total of subscribers, if you have a list with 294 and 294 emails has been sent then this is the real number. This column is designed to see the progress of campaign.
